Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• A degree in civil/structural engineering.
• P.E., License is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design in the construction industry.
• Experience in cold formed steel, structural steel, concrete, and wood truss framing industry is a plus.
• Good Working knowledge of building codes.
• Capable of planning and conducting tasks requiring independent judgement.
• Be detail oriented, highly organized and the ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office, email, Bluebeam and basic software and web based application.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be an active learner, have a can-do attitude be proactive and self-motivated and enjoy fast paced dynamic atmosphere.
